(Air Fryer) Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon Bites

One of my fav easy weeknight dinners that’s high protein, low carb, and effortless are these Air Fryer Honey Ginger Salmon Bites that are sticky, crispy, and make a delicious meal prep!

Ingredients you’ll need:

For the Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon:

  • Equipment: Cosori Turboblaze Air Fryer
  • 1 lb. Salmon, no skin, sliced into 1” cubes
  • ¼ cup Coconut Aminos, or low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Ginger, or freshly grated ginger
  • ½ tsp. EACH: Garlic Powder, Salt, & Black Pepper

How to Make Air Fryer Salmon Bites:

  1. Slice the salmon fillets into 1” cubes. Add to a large bowl with the flour and seasonings. Toss well.
  2. Add the coconut aminos, olive oil, and honey. Toss once more until well coated in the sauce.
  3. Place in the air fryer to cook at 400F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  4. Enjoy warm over cooked basmati rice and with edamame beans, grated carrots, thinly sliced cucumbers, and avocado to serve!

  • Cucumbers, thinly sliced

Can you Meal Prep Salmon Bites?

Yes, you can fully cook and store the salmon in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2-3 days. Reheat either in the air fryer or oven at 375 for 5-6 minutes, until warmed through.
