Bacon-Wrapped Brie Stuffed Dates
These Bacon-Wrapped Brie Stuffed Dates are the ultimate sweet and savory holiday appetizer, filled with creamy brie and crunchy walnuts for an irresistible bite. Brushed with maple syrup before baking, they caramelize into a crispy, golden glaze that’s perfect for entertaining or festive gatherings.

Ingredients you’ll need:
- Medjool Dates, pitted
- Alouette Double Crème Brie
- Whole Walnuts
- Thin Bacon Strips
- Maple Syrup
- Fresh Thyme

Can Bacon-Wrapped Dates be Made in Advance?
You can prep the dates in advance, then wrap tightly in Saran Wrap to place in the fridge up to two days prior before baking. If you prefer to bake the dates, I would opt for baking them JUST until the bacon is cooked, let completely cool, then store in the fridge the night before. When ready to serve, reheat at 375F for 6-8 minutes to help crispen up the bacon!

Hi there! These sound yummy! However is there a substitute for walnuts or would it be good without a nut? I love walnuts but the rest of my family does not! Thanks so much!
Hi Ashley! You could opt out of the nuts completely or replace with pecans!
These were a hit!! So flavorful. Highly recommend doing the optional step of brushing hot honey on at the end for a glaze. Perfect for fooling your picky family into eating new foods!!
