- grated parmesan
- panko breadcrumbs
- melted butter
- lemon
- Fresh Sage or Parsley
- Salt & black pepper

If shucking the oysters yourself at home, it’s very important to clean them prior.
How to Clean Fresh Oysters?
To properly clean oysters, start by scrubbing them under cold running water to remove loose dirt and debris. Use a stiff-bristled brush to thoroughly scrub the shells, paying attention to crevices where sand or algae might be trapped. After scrubbing, rinse the oysters again to ensure they are clean. This process is important for hygiene and to prevent gritty bites.
*IMPORTANT* If any oysters are already shucked (opened) during the cleaning process, throw them away as they are not safe to eat.
