Hibiscus & Raspberry Sorbetto Mocktail with Honey-Mint Syrup
The tomato girl summer mocktail! This raspberry & hibiscus mocktail made with garden fresh mint and Roman Raspberry Sorbetto is tart, tangy, sweet, and basically summer in a glass!

Ingredients you’ll need:
- honey
- fresh mint
- hibiscus tea
- limes
- sugar
- ice
- water
- raspberry sorbet
- (optional) fresh raspberries, for garnishing

Homemade Simple Syrups can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container or glass jar for up to 4-5 days.

Hibiscus & Raspberry Sorbetto Mocktail with Honey-Mint Syrup
Ingredients
For the Honey-Mint Syrup:
- 2 parts Honey
- 1 part Water
- 1 part Fresh Mint
For the Raspberry & Hibiscus Mocktail:
- 1 serving Talenti Roman Raspberry Sorbetto
- 1/2 cup Hibiscus Tea
- Juice of 1 Lime or lemon
- 2 tsp. Honey-Mint Syrup
- Ice
(Optional) For the Decorated Glass Rim:
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp. Granulated Cane Sugar
- Honey
- Optional Fresh Raspberries, for garnishing
- Optional Fresh Mint, for garnishing
Instructions
- To Make the Honey-Mint Syrup: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to prevent the honey and mint from burning. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in a glass container in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.
- To Make the Raspberry & Hibiscus Mocktail: In a shaker or reusable glass jar with lid, fill with ice then add the hibiscus tea, honey-mint syrup, and lime juice. Shake well.
- To Assemble the Mocktail: On small plate, mix the lime zest and sugar. Rub a very small amount of honey along the rim of the glass then roll in the lime sugar mixture.
- Add 1-2 scoops of Talenti Roman Raspberry Sorbetto into the decorated glass, then strain the hibiscus mixture on top.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint to enjoy!
