(High Protein) Dragonfruit Chia Seed Pudding

This dragonfruit chia seed pudding is this beautiful hot pink colorful, perfectly sweet, and will keep you satisfied for HOURS!

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 packets Pitaya Foods Dragonfruit
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk, or milk ofchoice
  • 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Yogurt of choice, for layering
  • Fresh Fruit, for garnishing

(High Protein) Dragonfruit Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 3

  • 2 packets Pitaya Foods Dragonfruit
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk, or milk ofchoice
  • 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Yogurt of choice, for layering
  • Fresh Fruit, for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the frozendragonfruit, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large airtightcontainer. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Cover with the lid and store in thefridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. (Optional) Give it a good stir andplace back in the fridge 20-30 minutes.
  4. Layer your mason jars with thechia seed pudding and yogurt of choice. Top with fresh berries to enjoy.
  5. Store in the fridge up to 3-4days.
