The concept itself is healthy; however, it is the quality of ingredients you use that will make ALL the difference. With that said, try opting for a whole grain or sourdough bread that fuels your body with necessary protein and complex carbohydrates. When being conscious about ingredients, you are bound to make an avocado toast that is full of nutrition and antioxidants!

Is avocado toast good for weight loss?

This truly depends on each person. The majority of an individual’s weight loss is focusing on a balanced diet and proper exercise, which will help you achieve a moderate calorie deficit.
