Funghi e Nocciole Ravioli (Set of 12)
Mushroom & Hazelnut Ravioli
A light and delicate ravioli that is best served with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and garnished with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Our Funghi e Nocciole Ravioli is made with the finest ingredients from local NC farms to give you a taste of Italy!
Ingredients: Unbleached High-Protein Flour, Organic Eggs, Mushrooms, Hazelnuts from Northern Italy, Lemon, 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sage, Thyme, Salt, Black Pepper
Instructions: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes, or until floating at the top. Remove from water, then immediately toss in olive oil or sauce to serve.
Preorder your frozen ravioli to be picked up at the Batistini Farms booth at Davidson Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Preorder cutoff is on Fridays at 12pm.
