Made fresh by hand, from scratch, and with love. 

Our signature Pain Au Levain recipe artistically cultivated over a period of 4 months to perfect the best sourdough recipe. An earthy sourdough tossed with whole wheat flours. 

Delicious when served with just about anything! For breakfast, make the most outstanding toasts. For lunch, make the most scrumptious sandwiches, whether they are sweet or savory. Serve with berry jams and soft, creamy cheeses for an Italian antipasto. 

Ingredients: bread flour, simply flour, whole wheat flour, water, salt, naturally leavened starter


Made-to-orders available in Forsyth County, Davie County, and Yadkin County (North Carolina). Email for special exceptions.

Bread orders must be made by 10:00pm EST on Monday (for delivery on Wednesday) and 10:00pm EST on Wednesday (for delivery on Friday) each week. You will be receiving your bread only hours after it has been taken fresh out of the oven.
