How long does lasagna last? Can it be frozen?

The beautiful thing about lasagna is that it can be prepared 1-2 days in advanced (up to 4 weeks if frozen) to be cooked just prior to eating it. After it’s cooked, it’s best enjoyed within 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks.

    1. Hi Samantha! The calories will vary depending on the ingredients used. If you are looking to reduce the calories, I’d recommend using the part-skim ricotta, as well as almond milk in replacement of whole milk. With that, the calories will round up to 400-500 per serving, but loaded with protein and deliciousness! In addition, you can always reduce the amount of lasagna sheets used, as that’s where the majority of the calories are. Hope this helps!
