Banana, Coconut, & Almond Butter Toast

  • 1 slice of Whole Grain Bread*
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Shavings (or shredded), toasted
  • Drizzle of Maple Syrup (or Honey)


  • Simply pop your slice of bread in the toaster. Then, spread the almond butter onto one side of the toast. Add your sliced bananas and coconut shavings, then drizzle with your choice of sweetner. Enjoy!


*The key is to find a high quality, whole grain and/or seeded bread that has no added sugars.
