(Air Fryer) Italian Roasted Cherry Tomato & Burrata Crostini
An insanely easy summer appetizer that pairs perfectly with my homemade QUICK sourdough baguettes!
Ingredients
Servings: 6
- Equipment: Cosori Turboblaze Air Fryer
- 1 Baguette
- 8 oz. Burrata
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- (Optional) Honey
Instructions
- Slice the baguette into ½” pieces. Working in batches, place half of the sliced crostini in the air fryer, generously drizzle with olive oil, then cook at 450F for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp. Set aside the crostini.
- Place a small sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer, then add the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Air fry at 425F for 12-15 minutes, until slightly charred and juicy. Drain any excess liquids, then use a slotted spoon to transfer to a serving dish.
- Add the halved burrata into the center of the roasted tomatoes.
- Garnish with a tiny drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and (optional) honey to enjoy with the crostini.
