Preheat your Masterbuilt Gravity Series Grill to 450F.
In a large pan or bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Add the flour and seasonings, then mix until very well combined.
Using tongs, place the chicken wings on the grill. Brush each chicken wing with olive oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the chicken wings over, brush with more olive oil to bake another 2-3 minutes. Continue the process of flipping the chicken wings and brushing with olive oil as needed until deeply golden and crispy, about 8-12 minutes.
Transfer the wings to a bowl.
To make the sticky sauce, place a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add the olive oil.
Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chili peppers to sauté 1 minute.
Add the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
In a small bowl, whisk the remaining 2 tablespoon water with 1/3 cup water until smooth. Add the slurry to the sauce, stir to combine.
Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss until well-coated.
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions.
To make the jalapeno ranch, finely chop the jalapenos and mix with your favorite ranch until desired spiciness. Enjoy with the warm chicken wings!
