(Air Fryer) Hot Honey Chicken Tenders

·

Ingredients you'll need:

  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing, or substitute with 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 ½ lbs. Chicken, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • Thyme, for garnishing
  • Flaky Salt, for garnishing

How to Store and Reheat Chicken Tenders:

I recommend storing the completely cooled chicken tenders in a resealable bag or airtight container in the fridge up to 3-4 days. Reheat on a baking pan lined with parchment paper at 400F for 6-8 minutes, flipping over to bake an additional 3-5 minutes, until crispy again.

How to make Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ranch and chicken strips. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Let marinate in the fridge, if time allows, for 10-30 minutes.
  2. Dredge each chicken strip in the crushed cornflakes, place on the air fryer rack.
  3. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, then flip to cook an additional5-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce and honey. Brush on the crispy chicken tenders. Garnish with fresh thyme and flaky salt. Enjoy warm with more ranch dressing on the side!
