  • 1 ½ cups Fresh Grapes of choice
  • 4 tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 Baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Honey, or hot honey
  • Black Pepper, to taste

How to Grill Brie Cheese:

  1. Add the thinly sliced peaches and 1 tablespoon melted butter to an oven safe skillet.
  2. Add the brie to the center of the skillet, moving the peaches along to the edges. Add the grapes along the edges of the brie, as well.
  3. Season with black pepper and drizzle with the honey.
  4. Brush the sliced baguette with butter.
  5. Place the skillet on the heated grill to cook 2-3 minutes covered.
  6. Add the baguettes slices butter-side down to cook 1-2minutes, until crisp and golden. Remove the baguettes to slice, leaving thebrie to continue cooking until melted and bubbly, about 5-6 more minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the skillet from the grill to a hot pad.Garnish with the freshly chopped basil to enjoy immediately with the sliced crostini.

What to Serve with Grilled Brie:

Very similar to baked brie, grilled brie is just as melty with a bit of smoky flavor from the charcoal. It's delicious with sliced baguette that's been toasted with butter or olive oil, simple water crackers, nut or seed crackers, thinly sliced apples (perfect for the Fall apple season), peaches (for the Summer peach season), pears, or just any semi-crunchy fruit.
