How to Make Roasted Tomato & Burrata Crostini:

  1. Slice the baguette into ½” pieces. Working in batches, place half of the sliced crostini in the air fryer, generously drizzle with olive oil, then cook at 450F for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp. Set aside the crostini.
  2. Place a small sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer, then add the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Air fry at 425F for 12-15 minutes, until slightly charred and juicy. Drain any excess liquids, then use a slotted spoon to transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Add the halved burrata into the center of the roasted tomatoes.
  5. Garnish with a tiny drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and (optional) honey to enjoy with the crostini.

Can Crostini be Made in Advance?

Crostini is best made right before serving to keep the bread crisp. However, you can make the crostini itself up to 1 hour in advance as long as you don't add the toppings until just before serving!
