Can you make savory puff pastry tarts ahead of time?

Yes, you can save time the day of baking by prepping the puff pastry tarts BUT NOT baking them. You will want to bake them prior to serving so they are warm, flaky, and crispy.

How to Reheat Leftover Puff Pastry Tarts?

Reheat any leftovers in the oven at 400F for 5-6 minutes, until flaky and warmed through. I recommend reheating on a baking rack over a pan to help circulate the heat until the pastry.
