3-Ingredient Brownie Strawberry Chocolate Fudge
This 3-ingredient dessert can be made in under 10 minutes, is rich and chocolate-y with seasonal strawberries for a delicious, no-bake summer treat!

Ingredients you’ll need:
- 2 cups Tony Chocolonely x Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Love-A-Fair (about 2 bars), or chocolate of choice
- 1 ¼ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 lb. Fresh Strawberries, quartered
Can I leave out the strawberries?
The strawberries in this chocolate fudge recipe are optional, and you will need to eat the fudge within 3-4 days if adding them. If you want the fudge to last longer (up to 8-10 days), then I recommend leaving the fresh berries out.

How to Make Chocolate Fudge:
- Line an 8×8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel to ensure there’s no moisture. Add to the lined baking pan as desired.
- In a microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is fully melted. Pour over the strawberries.
- Place fudge into the fridge until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Slice into individual pieces to enjoy! Keep any leftovers stored in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
