Air Fryer Apple Fritters
Homemade apple fritters are the ultimate fall breakfast or easy dessert made with fresh apples, in the air fryer instead of deep fried for a healthier swap, and dipped in a simple glaze.

Ingredients you’ll need:
- 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Ground All Spice
- ¼ cup Granulated Cane Sugar
- 1/3 cup Whole Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 3 tbsp. Applesauce, can be substituted with plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups Honey crisp Apples, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar + ¼ cupMilk, for the glaze

How to Store and Reheat Apple Fritters?
Store the apple fritters once completely cooled in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 400F for 3-5 minutes, until warmed through.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 9
- 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Ground All Spice
- ¼ cup Granulated Cane Sugar
- 1/3 cup Whole Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 3 tbsp. Applesauce
- 2 cups Honeycrisp Apples, finelydiced
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar + ¼ cupMilk, for the glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, all spice, and sugar together.
- Create a well in the center to add the milk, eggs, vanilla, butter, and applesauce. Mix the wet ingredients, then fold into the dry ingredients.
- Add the diced apples and apple cider vinegar. Fold all ingredients together with a spatula just until combined.
- Line your Cosori Turboblaze AirFryer (code: LAUREN20) with parchment paper. Use a large cookie scooper to drop large dollops of batter onto the paper, working in small batches of 3-4fritters at a time.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake at 425F for 7-8 minutes, until deeply golden, then flip to bake an additional 2-3 minutes on the bottom sides.
- To make the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Dip the tops of the cooked apple fritters in the glaze, then let rest on a wire rack until the glaze is set, about 1-2 minutes. Enjoy warm!
