Homemade Strawberry Lemonade Sodas
Looking for a refreshing sip that tastes like summer in a glass? These Homemade Strawberry Lemonade Sodas are fizzy, fruity, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy—ideal for hot days or anytime you need a little sunshine.

Ingredients you’ll need:
- strawberries
- granulated cane sugar
- lemons
- crushed ice
- lemon lime soda, or sparkling water


How to store the Strawberry Syrup?
You can store the homemade strawberry syrup in an airtight glass container in the fridge up to 5-6 days.

Strawberry Lemonade Sodas
Ingredients
For the Strawberry Syrup:
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries chopped
- 1/4 cup Granulated Cane Sugar
- Juice of 1 Lemon
For the Lemonade Soda Portion:
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Lemon Lime Probiotic Soda or sparkling water
- Crushed Ice Cubes
Instructions
To Make the Strawberry Syrup:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, until bubbly, then use a fork to smash the strawberries. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender to pulse until smooth. Strain through a sieve to store in a glass container in the fridge.
- (Optional) Reserve the strawberry pulp for serving.
To Make the Sodas:
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry syrup to the bottom of a glass, then fill with crushed ice cubes.
- Fill with 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup freshly squeeze lemon juice.
- Top with lemon lime probiotic soda, or sparkling water, to taste. Enjoy!
