How to Make a Steak Salad:

After you’ve marinated and grilled/cooked the steak, while it rests, you can prep the salad. The options for salad toppings are endless when you have a good meat and salad base such as spinach, arugula, or spring mix. In the winter season, kale makes incredible steak salads too.

A few steak salad topping options:

  • Sliced Avocado
  • Goat Cheese
  • Pickled Onions
  • Sliced Peaches, grilled or regular
  • Ripe Figs, sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Cucamelons, halved

  1. Hi! This recipe looks so incredible, and I have been thinking about it non stop since I saw it last year. What is the dressing that you put on top of the steak salad? I am very into dressing/sauce, so I’ve held off on making it till I could figure it out, and haven’t. I hope you see this and reply so I can finally make it. lol Thank you!

    1. Hi Alina! You could use either one; however, the balsamic glaze will hold a more intense flavor! 2
