Grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
An easy high protein, low carb family dinner! These Grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are ready in less than 30 minutes and a crowd-pleaser for your next family bbq.
Ingredients

- Equipment: Masterbuilt Gravity Series Grill & Smoker
- 2 lbs. Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. EACH: Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, & Black Pepper
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (or Full Fat Greek Yogurt)
- 3-4 tbsp. Sriracha
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, or 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp. EACH: Salt & Black Pepper
- Parsley, for garnishing
- Wood Skewers, soaked in water for 20-30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat Masterbuilt grill to 300F.
- To make the bang bang sauce, combine the mayo, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp. salt & black pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, and seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper). Toss until well coated in the seasonings.
- Thread 3-5 pieces of the seasoned chicken onto each wooden skewers. Place the chicken kebabs on a plate to prepare for grilling.
- Place 1/3 cup of the bang bang sauce in a separate bowl, reserving the larger portion for after baking.
- Place the chicken skewers on the preheat grill racks to cook 8 minutes, flip, then use the separated 1/3 cup bang bang sauce to brush onto the chicken kebabs.
- Cook another 8-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165F and chicken is starting to show char marks.
- Enjoy warm with grilled herby potatoes and pickled onions for an easy family bbq dinner!
