Blueberry Vanilla Iced Latte Recipe
The most dreamy summer ice latte recipe, a Blueberry Vanilla Iced Latte that will take have you waking up craving it every morning!
Morning hot coffees are for caffeine, but iced lattes are for fun girly afternoon pick me ups.

Keeping today’s post super short and simple because I absolutely love this recipe, and truly do wake up craving it. I couldn’t wait any longer to get the recipe out to y’all! Hope you enjoy!
Blueberry Vanilla Iced Latte Recipe
PREP TIME: 5 COOK TIME: 10 TOTAL: 15
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Granulated Cane Sugar
- 1-2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the blueberries and sugar in a saucepan over medium high heat. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the blueberries.
- Let simmer over medium heat until juicy, about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat to strain. Stir in the vanilla.
- Enjoy over ice cubes with your choice of milk and two shots of espresso (or cold brew).

You could easily reuse a glass sauce jar to store the remainder! And it stores well for about a week 🙂
