Ingredients

Cilantro Lime Chicken Marinade

  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ¾ cup Yogurt
  • Juice of 3 Limes
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Apricot & Preserved Lemons Chicken Marinade

  • ½ cup Apricot Preserves
  • 1-2 Preserved Lemons finely chopped
  • 1 ” Fresh Ginger grated or minced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt

Buttermilk Nashville Hot Marinade

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt

Rosemary Balsamic Marinade

  • 4 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary chopped

Instructions

How to Marinate & Grill Chicken:

  • Pound the chicken breasts in a resealable bag with a wooden hammer or meat tenderizer to ¼ – ½” thick prior to marinating.
  • Marinate the chicken at least 30 minutes to overnight.
  • Set your Masterbuilt Gravity Series Grill to 400F. Let preheat for 15-20 minutes.
  • Grill your chicken directly on the grill racks for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • The chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165F.

  1. can you leave these in the freezer for a period of time? seems like that could be great quick meals for the week!

    1. Yes! You can use freezer safe bags to store them in the freezer up to a month or air seal them to store up to 3 months! I recommend letting them thaw overnight in the fridge (or sometimes plan for a day and half to thaw as chicken can take longer)
